Frank Beli

Enebeli Franklyn was born 26th may 1974. A Christian from Ndokwa Local Government Area of Delta State. He graduated from the famous Auchi polytechnic Art School where he majored in painting. He presently is a full time studio artist with bias for painting and sculpture. He is a young and versatile artist.
